Discover

In our initial consultation, we will explore the current dynamics of your organization’s culture, the way you conduct business.  What is your mission, values, policies & procedures?  We will discuss how those dynamics impact individuals, team dynamics, leadership development, job satisfaction, hiring & retention, policies & procedures, customer satisfaction, day-to-day operations and ultimately…   your bottom line.

Diagnose

What separates us from other consultants?   Data. Our Organizational, Individual & Team Assessments provide us with insightful and measurable metrics providing you with a “360”, top-to-bottom and side-to-side view of your organization.  We will identify the strengths for you to reinforce and continually build upon and of course, those areas needing improvement.

Design

No two organizations are exactly the same and we do not believe in “cookie cutter” solutions.

Based upon the results of our discovery and diagnostics, we will work with you and your team to construct specific solutions.  Whether it be “process training” and execute a long-term plan or “program training” designed to meet an immediate need to target specific skills, we will work within an agreed upon budget and calendar for completion.
